Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal:

Customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days after receiving the goods - without giving reasons.

Exclusion from Right of Withdrawal:

For hygiene reasons, the right of return is excluded once the packaging seal has been opened or damaged.

Return Requirements:

• The return must be made unopened, unused and in original packaging.
• The return must take place within 14 days after receiving the goods.
• The customer bears the costs for the return shipment.

Refund:

After receipt and inspection of the undamaged return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
